I've noticed a slight "jerking" when starting the car over the past few days. The engine ran normally except for the check engine light that came on briefly. It went out again after about 15 seconds. What could it be? A faulty battery?
I'm wondering what the hole is for. Since some oil sometimes comes out of it, I suspect it's some kind of drain for unburned oil. Or is something just leaking somewhere?

yes, a well-known vulnerability at up, Mii and Citigo. To glue the lid, a 2-component epoxy adhesive would be best.
For this, one should completely expand the lid (is not a witchcraft, see video) so that you can clean and fix everything reasonably.
Nevertheless, I also believe here that a new lid would probably be best, or just a used one in car color.

Try to remove the adhesive residues there thoroughly, then you can try it again with epoxide if you get this fixed reasonably.
