VW Polo 9N key stuck in the door lock?

This morning I noticed that the windows of a friend's Polo 9N, which he left with me (he is on vacation), had slipped down about a quarter of the way and I wanted to roll them back up.

So I went to the car (no remote key, but central locking and electric windows), wanted to unlock the car and immediately both windows went down completely, the driver's door opened and the key remained stuck horizontally.

I can't get the key out or turn it, the windows won't open, and the driver's door won't lock with the central locking buttons (but the passenger door does).

Does anyone have any idea how to get the key out again without breaking anything?

I think that means someone tried to break into the car.

Since you are not the holder, the ADAC will probably not be allowed to help you.

Maybe the police if you sign the case.

Contact the vehicle holder! He must inform his insurance.

I had the 2 x in my acquaintance (same person). There was nothing to be seen from outside, but when the castle was built it was clearly visible.

At the first time, only one action figure was stolen from the interior.

The second time it was a hat deposit and a car lifter. They then found a street further as a burglary tool in a warehouse (drink market close to the disco).

So it doesn’t have to be about the car itself.

I think the key is not completely in the cylinder.

Emergency try silicone spray, WD40 also goes
