VR application: Unity or Unreal Engine?

I want to create a VR application for my work.

Glasses: Oculus Quest Pro
Computer: MacBook Pro Apple M2 Max with 12-core CPU, 38-core GPU, 16-core Neural Engine, 64 GB of RAM

Later, the application can also run on more powerful Windows computers.

I created a VR escape room in Unity three years ago. I got along well with it, but I'll have to reacquaint myself with both software. I have very little programming knowledge.

Which software would you recommend?
It's more about technical applications than high-end graphics.

This means opportunities for interaction within a predefined environment. The display of additional content (text, images, graphics, etc.)

Our products should be brought to life through VR. A kind of showroom.

Thanks for your answers!

There are BluePrints for Unreal. You won’t get far from a certain point without programming. The blueprints allow you everything without direct programming

Then Unity, because first experiences are already much value.

Unreal offers nothing that would contribute to freedom of development or difficulty, so just stay with Unity.
