Vortrag Angst gibt es Tipps dagegen?
Ich habe ziemlich stark Angst davor Vorträge zu halten ich weiß nicht wieso aber ich finde es richtig schlimm wenn ich dann was Vortrage zitter ich ziemlich und innerlich ist das so ein ganz komisches Gefühl gibt es irgendwelche Tipps Wie man das verbessern kann?
