I have an interview this week for a job as a bus driver with Deutsche Bahn (DB). I live in Bavaria. What salary do you think I should suggest? Or is the pay scale based on the company's collective agreement? It's worth mentioning that I'll be getting my driver's license, etc., with them, as I'm currently working in another profession. I'd essentially be getting the basic qualification.
