What do you mean in the back? If you pull the front skin behind the squirrel, the squirrel should not bend. This could be a hint for a little bit too short. But if you pull back the foreskin further than necessary (sometimes very elastic), then it is clear and normal that there is a bend at some point.

When the foreskin is pulled far to the back, each man bends the acorn slightly. That’s normal. You don’t have to pull that far, do you?

I don’t understand why this has to be done with standing or lying.

I’m cut to the end of the shaft. With full erection, the acorn is straight up. When the acorn is pulled down, the pre-skin band is too short. If you have no pain and continue good sex, that’s not a problem, but if you get older. Severing the frenum helps but is not nice. I’m getting my sperm. Stretching helps, but careful. Raslanxxx

That’s normal. Just when you pulled the foreskin back. This can change when you are circumcised. A short foreskin stabilizes the acorn. With me, too, because I don’t have any more foreskin. My acorn is always rough and straight. Raslanxxx

I have removed my Frenulum myself and I am very happy as a masturbate so that it is very pleasant when the foreskin slides more freely over the glans. In your case, I would remove the Frenulum.
