You can’t do that. The acorn must be exposed. What stops you is the Frenulum, or preskin. This is because your foreskin will lie over the acorn again without help.
The foreskin has grown under the acorn. She’s not a sleeve that you can strip up and down as you like. The foreskin is two-layered. The inside is mucous membrane as in the mouth and the outside is normal skin as on the rest of the body. If she’s completely unrolled, it won’t go any further.

It sounds very normal. Probably the location described by you, which is connected to the underside (i.e. facing the scrotum).

This is the Frenulum. If so, it’s okay.

Yeah, that’s it. The compound is called preskin ribbons or Latin “Frenulum”.
