Foreskin sticks to the bottom of the glans?
For me (m/13), I can pull the foreskin down normally, but at some point it just sticks. A groove forms where the white stuff called "smegma" collects, which I think is what I call it. About a year ago, everything was sticky. Then about three months later, a little bit in the middle came loose, and nothing's happened since. I heard that it's supposed to completely loosen when you're a baby. Do I need to help it along in the shower or something?
