According to the current spelling rules, the comma is optional in this case.

In itself, main sets are connected to comma. However, if “and” or “or” is used, then can the comma should be omitted (but not).

I use a comma in such cases.

This rule has been valid since 1996. Before, you had to put a comma.

What does that have to do with the vintage?

According to new legislation may: you put a comma, but you don’t have to.

Previous had a comma.

No. Those who rely on ChatGPT on language and rulebook can also hang out and write the farewell letter from ChatGPT.

In your example, you have two main sets connected by “and”.

With comma, because “I hear music” could also stand as an independent set.

Both are right, with and without comma.
