Check everything before the operation?

Hi, I wanted to know briefly whether they check for all diseases during an appendectomy. So, if you have a fatal disease or any other disease, so that they can detect it and nothing gets missed. What I mean is, do they check/test for ALL diseases before an operation?

in the case of a reactive intestine operation, nothing is torn and a maximum of a few laboratory values are removed. The health insurance companies don’t pay anything else. Depending on the experience of the surgeon, Op is done after 10 to 30 minutes.

No, you don’t.

This would be a huge effort to examine you for almost all conceivable diseases.
