Switch from Lufthansa to Condor or Discover?

Good day

I'll keep it short.

I was hired as a flight attendant by Lufthansa.

My training starts in a week, but I recently learned that many routes are no longer being flown because Discover is taking over.

In fact, the LH route network doesn't appeal to me at all.
I already know that I want to change airlines as soon as I can.
Since I want to do the job long-term, I think Condor is a good choice.

Now my question (to those who know about the topic) is when is a good time to switch.

First, I have to wait until Condor starts searching again. That could take a while.
I will now begin my training at LH and what advice would you give me as to how long I should work as a flight attendant at LH before changing airlines?
Discover also appeals to me a lot because they have exactly my dream route network. These are the exact places I want to fly to. However, I've heard that Discover isn't very good for long-term stays. Can someone explain why?
