With your body size, 62 kg are already in the lower half of the normal weight. Of course you should not decrease.
You get a better figure through regular sports.
I already train, i.e. regular jogging, stretching and some motor sports. But somehow my thighs are not slimmer but only muscular.
Of course, the thighs become muscular by jogging, and also power sports makes the body more muscular.
I can’t imagine that your weight has to be anything slimmer. Thin stork legs would not look good at your size.
The fact that the thighs become somewhat thicker with you as a young woman during puberty is completely normal and so desired by nature. And depending on what a genetic fat distribution you have, you will not get your thighs thinner.

Because you’re in the lower half of the normal weight, you don’t have to panic if you’re still taking a few kilos. From the overweight you are still miles away.
