Vollzeitjob + Minijob + Minijob erlaubt?
Hallo,
Unfortunately, in the case of a main employment subject to compulsory insurance, only one Minijob allowed! Has nothing to do with tax class:

In addition to an insurance-based employment, only A tax-free minijob is possible.
A third employment relationship would be fully liable to taxation and social insurance. It’s time you don’t have to work more than 48 hours a week and work between 2 work layers at least. 11 hours of rest.
You have asked two questions in one that you can answer differently.
Is it allowed to have two minijobs next to a main job? Yes, it is allowed, provided you include the working time arrangements.
Is it possible to accept a second mini-job in addition to the main employment and not to be subject to insurance? No, I can’t. The second minijob is combined with the main employment in social security and contributions to sickness, pension and unemployment insurance are paid.
In your main occupation, you remain in tax class 1, in the second mini-job tax class 6.
In case of a full-time job subject to insurance, you may, unfortunately, only exercise a single mini-job by-time . Any additional mini-job would then, unfortunately, be subject to social insurance again, even if the mini-jobs for themselves would not even exceed the 450 Euro limit.
So fucked ohman
However, you must also take into account the Working Time Act, because in this regard the periods of employment for the protection of workers must also be added from the individual jobs.
As long as you don’t exceed 450€ at minijobs, you don’t have to take off
The answer would be correct if he didn’t have an insurance main job. He did. So he can only have a mini job next door.
