So you didn’t ask a question first, but you just got a taste, but still you get an answer to your non-worked question:

If you let your bank card be locked and it was assigned to the SmartTAN Plus procedure (yes, I mean the procedure with the TAN generator), this procedure can no longer be used.

This has nothing to do with login in online banking.

However, if you are asked to confirm this with your TAN procedure during login, then already. Finally, this is the chain reaction.

The app also has 0 to do with everything. There’s no way you’ve been logged out. You have to log out yourself or you always have to log in to the app and this happens with your own password. This too has absolutely 0 to do with your bank card.

So – and if you have to make urgent transfers, you would have to let the card be unlocked or go to the branch and make them on site at the terminal (if it has not opened, it is just that – then go when it is open) – or you have a bank advisor who also takes you telephone transfers.

Fact is: to everything I have written here, there are very capable staff in customer service – in technical support etc. – you can call them around the clock and ask with such an attitude and “the bank is shit and blame blalbla” you will not come any further.

PS:

“During transfers” there is no!

You can talk to each payee and explain the facts and everyone understands it. You never get your head torn if you don’t think a bank transfer appeared “punciously” and also no dunning fees etc. – according to German law there are for all lead times, so come down.

What would you rather have been: that a third party now clears your account empty?

Depending on what has happened and what you are reporting is the possibility that online banking is also being attacked. This is probably a security nechanism. You’ll have to ask the bank tomorrow, no one can help you here today.

What exactly was your expectations?? You lock your bank card, but you often need the TAN procedure to log. So, of course, online banking is blocked so that no one can get access.

Go to your bank and let you advise, maybe they can help.
