“Voices” in your head?
Hello, as a child/teenager, I sometimes had "voices" in my head. It was like a lot of people were talking at once, but I could only hear mumbling. I always had the feeling that everything else sounded totally alien, and that objects didn't seem real to me.
I experience this now and then, too, but much less frequently than before. At least as far as these murmurings go. It still happens regularly that I often alienate myself from myself or the world.
Does anyone know what this is?
Your experience with “voices” in your head and feelings of alienation can be disturbing and confusing for you. The phenomenon in which people hear voices that are not there is called auditory hallucination. In children and teenagers, such experiences can occur without necessarily indicating a mental illness. Stress, exhaustion, and intense emotions can trigger or strengthen such perceptions.
The feeling of alienation from yourself or the world you describe is called depersonalization or derealization. These conditions are often reactions to stress, anxiety or traumatic experiences and can occur in isolation or within various mental disorders.
It is important that you know that help is available. Psychological advice or therapy can help you understand the causes of your experiences and develop strategies to deal with them. A specialist or psychologist can provide an accurate diagnosis and propose an individual treatment plan. It is courageous to seek support and the first step to improve your well-being.
I wish you all the best!
sounds very like acoustic hallucinations
Could be schizophrenia, but rather rarely occurs with young people.
I’m older now. But think acoustic hallucination or dissociation is more appropriate, as this would also be conclusive due to my disease picture
There are self-tests on psychic disorders on the Internet, just make a few that are likely to happen to you. They don’t provide a diagnosis, but a hint if you should talk to a doctor about it.
But as I said, Joa actually fits my disease picture. Got some diagnoses
I wouldn’t ask that question. Who should diagnose this? Better go to a specialist (architecture, psychologist) and finish this properly.
No one should diagnose this. But maybe someone knows that
Sure, someone knows any voices and can tell you what that is. Good luck.
Look at the others who were written here. That was helpful. I don’t know why you’re so passively aggressive. What if you don’t just give your scavenger everywhere? Then other people will surely find you more bearable
