Cancel Vodafone contract; when is a new contract due?
Hello.
Let's assume my internet contract (500Mbit/s) has a minimum term until January 31, 2026.
I would like to cancel the contract because I don't need 500Mbit/s and 250Mbit/s is sufficient.
Let's say I terminate the contract in November 2025.
Do I have to sign a new contract with Vodafone by the end of January at the latest, effective February 1, 2026, if I want to continue having internet access?

You can best find out when you call the support. When you say “new tariff” or “contract” at the beginning, you won’t wait too long. This is better for Vodafone than online.
