Vodafone app problem?

I urgently need your help again.
My MyVodafone app is no longer working properly. I always log in using mobile data and then my mobile number. Since yesterday, and especially today, I've been getting the message "That didn't work." Please contact customer service. They claim there's no problem with Vodafone.
I'm worried someone might have hacked in or something. I get in every now and then. Does anyone have any experience with what might be going on here?
