Vitamin stacks for multiple sclerosis?
Hey, I'd like to know if it's good to take vitamin stacks with all the vitamins every day if you have multiple sclerosis, or if certain vitamins aren't good to take every day.
The vitamin stacks I mean contain the following vitamins
Vitamin A, C, D, E, K plus B complex (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 & B12)
Thank you in advance
It should be explained with his treating doctor.
only vitamin D – of which MSler usually have a deficit
Everything else is just expensive piss.
What do you mean, all that's gonna do is make expensive piss?
you throw in the pills at the top, and down the stuff comes out again as a piss without even having done anything in the body.
too much of some vitamins can also harm
Perfectly compiled for what deficit? if you have enough vitamin in the body, then more is not better, but superfluously and is excreted what the kidneys are burdening.
Are you about cheap, or are you about what's healthy?
but it doesn't hurt? I talk about capsules that are perfectly put together where just as much of everything is in it as necessary
and if you are not a fish and as good as no vegetables or fruit then that is in no case wrong to supplement a healthy diet.
Furthermore, it is much more complicated to get all vitamins individually and also not necessarily much cheaper if I don't tuck.
yes, then you do a blood count beforehand and only the vitamins are fed to us substances where the body has a deficit. but not just a lot of everything.
Because I generally think it is a very good thing if the body gets certain vitamins just too little
Studies read, spoken with some internists and neurologists…
How do you get to that statement?
