Applying vitamin D3 to the skin. Does anyone have experience with this?

Good morning,

I can't take D3 orally and I see injecting high doses as a last resort.

As far as I understand, D3 can also be absorbed through the skin.

Has anyone ever done this and maybe had a blood test done?

In this beautiful weather you do not need to take artificial vitamin D product. The sun works and works much better.

Otherwise you could see alternatives here.
There is a spray, for example:

What did the doctors recommend to you?

What I think would be the absorption by DMSO over the skin.

All right, I’ve recommended the spray.

As already written, there are other possibilities…

Okay, but try the apple cider vinegar. It will help you. 😉

You can give it where you want. 1-2 TL…

You could try to take liquid vitamin D3 together with an apple cider vinegar.

Apple vinegar (5%) acts very well against diarrhea and brings the stomach intestinal tract back into the swing.

Cider vinegar

  • 1-2 TL apple cider vinegar
  • 250ml warm water
  • 1 TL honey

In addition, I would recommend you to include milk products such as yoghurt, quark, etc. in the menu. The contained lactic acid bacteria should help you to normalize everything again. ;
