Vitamin D3?
I take Spirig HC 800 IU vitamin D3. I know I'm supposed to take one a day, but what would be the effect if I took two or three a day? Could it be life-threatening? What are the side effects? (I don't want to do that! I'm just curious.)

Is mannitol powder available in pharmacies? (Over-the-counter)
Hello, I have tonsillitis and have just been prescribed Cefurax 250mg. The doctor said that side effects can occur…especially gastrointestinal problems like diarrhea and stomach rumbling are common…As for vomiting, he said that it is rare but cannot be ruled out 100%. The problem is, I have a terrible phobia of vomiting. I get panic…
Hello , I have to take a medication. The dosage is 8 mg. The packaging says 3 mg/ml. The bottle contains 160 ml of solution. How many ml should I take?
Can you make lean cough syrup with this?
For example, one person gets nauseous from drug XY, another doesn't. Or one gets tired, another doesn't. Etc. What exactly happens differently in one person's body than in another's? And a body must then function completely differently, right? Can we even say that we are a human species, or are all 8 billion people a…
Hello com, I have been in Poland for several days and my sedatives are slowly running out. Do you know of any preparations that have an anxiety/panic-relieving effect, work quickly and at best last a little longer (this is not a must, a preparation that supports the situation would be sufficient). I am 23 years…
Please don’t listen to people who want to tell you directly without investigating you, you can just throw this stuff up so high.
At low dose usually nothing happens, but vitamin d can be stored in the body and therefore also a small daily overdose with time leads to high concentrations.
A chronic overdose may follow life-threatening.
So if you want to start substitution, please let your blood level be determined before and during which to determine the correct dose for you:)
The questioner would have to take up at least 2 packs of this preparation until, after several months, side effects may occur.
And by the way, taking up to 4,000 iE per day is lt. EFSA completely harmless.
At a high concentration, we are in the long run at 50,000 to 60,000 iE.
So please don’t be a false panic thing!
Dear Daniel,
Please see from this to give health-damaging tips without having the necessary expertise 🙂
Please, no false statements!
Are you studying medicine? Or do I have to list all the “Papers, Reviews, Meta Analyses” I’ve ever read as if the mere affirmation they’ve read meant anything?
I have been dealing with the subject for over 10 years, have read several trainings in the fields, dozens of books, hundreds of scientific research, papers, reviews, meta analyses or trails, and are constantly learning about it.
Also on the topic of vitamin D I have extensively informed myself, read studies and examined the sources of the DGE for their recommendation. These partly contradict their own recommendations there.
What expertise, qualifications and training do you have to demonstrate? And how can you just make an initial assessment of whether my recommendations are harmful to health?
The only one who spreads false statements under this question is you. I’m not even the only one who sees this.
2-3 are already necessary in winter for many to get no deficiency. Only daily doses become critically beyond the 5000 IU (for normal weighted adults) or if one is massively overdosed during one-time filling and takes, for example, 400,000 IU at once.
ABER nobody can look into your body and if you want to go safely, a medical check is always advisable. 5000 IU/day should not be a general recommendation here, but the 800 IU of the DGE are still quash, which only prevent a serious deficiency, but do not ensure sufficient care for many.
No, 2-3 would be a good dose, 800 IE are too little for a good mirror, 2000 is already good, I take 5000 IE a day for years and have 60ng, so perfect
Nope.
you are
How much tablets would it be dangerous? I once read one would then have side effects like no appetite. so I’m interested.
Under 10,000 IE per day nix
The American endocrinological society has 10,000 IE as an upper limit, it is also known from new studies (which are not 30 years old as from the RKI that come with 800 IE) that happens up to 10k nix
Better yet 2000-5000 IE per day depending on weight
Oh, look at a look, thank you, then please let me write a doccheck 😉
4.000 IE/d ensures an overdose
But do you think 5,000 IE are less?
Oh ne wait … Doccheck is 30 years old or?🤷 ♂️😂
Dude, let me know what the new stand is
FAKT is the blood level up to 100ng have NO toxic effects, 100ng is not reached under 10k a day
I have over 20 (!) Blood tests made with different doses, I only have a mirror of 60ng by 5000 IE per day, which is perfect according to new recommendations not 30 years old. Good mirrors are between 40 and 60ng and none reaches 800 IE

Is that Fake’s side?
or
https://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/VitaminD-Consumer/
As I said, you can tell me nix if I found out by my own black tests
The Upper Intake Level is at 4000 IE, i.e. 5 times from 800 IE, 800 IE will actually do nothing at all, with 800 IE I had a mirror of 11ng that is catastrophic little
You have also only sent some insane side with blunt claims 🤷 ♂️
No, they are not, and that this is also just an invention of you, one sees that you have just said this to the recommendation of the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment 😉
But your “next” tells you didn’t even notice this;)
What doesn’t suit you then stop “old”😁
I can’t send more than the stuff, I’m really wondering if you think I know from my black mirrors what dosage fits and which doesn’t and again for the 100th time the recommendations of the RKI are 30 years old
The Federal Institute and the Rki also 😂
My medical studies also 🤷 ♂️😂
They are based on studies, so the American endocrinological society has no idea, the European Food Safety Authority also has no idea, and my blood tests are apparently all freaked xD
Exactly…. “Sonnenallianz” very serious, the Federal Institute naturally proposes 🤷 ♂️
The body produces about 20mycrograms…. Not 20 IE
This is because the recommendation is over 30 years old
If you would take new studies, you can see that this happens until 10k purely nix, the American endocrinological society also has 10,000 IE as an upper limit, the European Food Safety Authority also gives 4000 as a safe daily dose, France also goes up to 10k as safe, even most genes are only activated from doses of 5000 IE
I’ve been taking 5000 IE myself for years, my mirror is perfect
https://sonnenallianz.spitzes-praevention.com/2022/05/31/der-mythos-vom-gefaehrem-vitamin-d/
here also ne SEite with newer recommendations that are not 30 years old
You just have to remember that you produce in the summer 20k a day, 800 IE are underdosed
From a dose of 800 IE per day, overdose can occur
This is what the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment says.
10000 daily would be stupid
No, because 800 IE are too little to prevent a deficiency. Especially in the sun-poor time.
