Didn’t you read the question correctly? Did I get something wrong? You seem to be a nutrition expert.

Bananas do not contain vitamin B12. Even if you’re 10 pieces every day, not.

You have my respect.

I couldn’t give up so many delicious stuff from the animal.

Especially on honey. It is animal exploitation if the small animals have to collect honey, and, by the way, afflict the fruit that there would not be any bee exploitation.

Yeah, and I’m sure I can’t eat the fruit. And the many herbs whose seeds were also pollinated by animals. A animal-free alternative will perhaps be the next centuries. But until then I must continue to accept (for reasons of pleasure) that animals are necessary so that I can feed on a variety of ways.

If you’re worried about your B12 needs, you can test your B12 mirror.

You have to do nix 🙂

I’m neither vegetarian nor vegan and I’m taking B vitamins. In what I consume, some would probably think I should have died of overdose – 😀
