Vitamin B complex?

Hello everyone, my family doctor has prescribed the capsules for me. I have now heard from someone that I am not allowed to take them at all without the doctor doing a blood test. I have been taking them for 4 days and that is why I wanted to ask, is it bad if I take them?

B-vitamins are water-soluble and can thus be overdosed with difficulty, since excess amounts of vitamin are excreted over the urine.

A therapy would therefore be even with sufficient B vitamins. Care safe, but also unnecessary.

However, prophylactically makes sense, as a bloodstream is more expensive than the regulation of B vitamins and a deficiency is not so unlikely nowadays.

Most people are present in a blatant vitamin deficiency .

Therefore, you can take this quietly even without blood.

Therefore, I think the prescription of your family doctor is quite reasonable.

People throw all kinds of drugs in daily.

Once someone ENDLICH gets vital vitamins, or then suddenly panic and scream

Oh God oh God..bloss prepressed!!🙄

Probably you show unambiguous symptoms. Then your doctor can even prescribe it without blood examination.

Who says that? What do you think this preparation is not is required?

B-vitamins cannot be overdosed dangerously because an excess is simply spun out.

These are normal vitamins. If you don’t throw them in your throat like candies, you have absolutely nothing to fear.

How would it be easy to make a blood picture or wait for one to take the capsules.

You can do something right at most if you take the B complex vitamins .

The problem and the question about this is already solved in the approach.

What’s he doing?

B-vitamins cannot be overdosed. Vitamin A certainly, but this is not in here.

In the worst case, you’ll throw out unnecessary money to the window. The vitamins are also not expensive…

That’s bullshit.

16 seconds before I read your question I gave myself 2 capsules of vitamin B complex. My doctor thinks it’s good. I have those of DM. 60 capsules for 1.65€. Making a bloodstream is completely unnecessary
