If you want to live in Spain for more than 90 days, you need a residence permit as is common. You can apply for the residence permit at the Spanish Embassy. It must be ensured that you can finance the longer stay and that you are insured here in Germany.

You can find more information here: https://www.ciudadanosextranjeros.es/wp-content/publicaciones/residencia_en.pdf

You should register a residence in Spain. I do not believe that visas are granted within the EU.

If you have the state authority of an EU state, you can stay in Spain for as long as you want without a visa.

You mean at the local registration office in Spain? You must be German in Germany.

Why don’t I wonder now? Because I knew from the beginning you couldn’t prove your claims.

Me too.

Where will he find out what an applicant is doing and where is the link?

This is told to the applicant there.

Then your Google must be broken. State-owned one EU state has a right of freedom throughout the EU. They do not need a visa in the EU and therefore cannot get a visa.

Why don’t you put in the link that your Google has spit out and that says something else?

You can apply for a visa at the Spanish Embassy.

Let’s say that she doesn’t need a visa, but also in Spain she can’t drive over a red light;-)

If she stays longer than 90 days somehow. You know, a visa is a good idea.

This has nothing to do with the question of the visa.

Yes, there is a duty to report.

You need to apply for a visa, that goes fast and costs 75 euros.

Visa centrale is the address

EU nationals naturally do not need a visa and therefore cannot get a visa.

Did you read the question? Longer than 90 days goes for EU members only with visa

No, a EU citizen can do not apply for a visa. There is freedom of movement within the EU.

Visa centrale is the address

No, it’s a private company. The consulates of the respective countries to issue visas are always responsible for visa assignment. In some cases, the consulates use the services of third-party providers.

Anyone who only consumes fakenews channels where the EU is constantly badly done is not informed, but knows everything better.

I can’t believe you’ve never heard of the EU Buerger’s freedom of movement within the EU. How can that be?

I read the question and answered it. With a state-of-the-art EU state, you never need a visa for another EU state, even for stays of more than 90 days, and even if you settle there until the end of your life.
