What the engine must have:
It must be free
There should be a visual programming option (or very little code)
And best of all 3D

Sry, but there I have to disappoint you to write scripts for objects you will not really get around in any engine, and the engines where this works without make it i.d.R via a node editor and that is only limited to a beginner.
So my standard recommendation:
Use Unity and learn to script C#. This is programming, but really not sooo super hard.
I know that Blender also has a game engine in which node-based game logic can be programmed, but this is rather garbage compared to Unity, and in my opinion, working on Nodes is very needy.
