Virus/Trojaner?
Hallo,
gestern Abend hat sich mein Laptop nach dem anschalten sehr komisch verhalten. Im Grunde genommen war er ungewöhnlich langsam und ich hatte kaum Internet-Empfang, obwohl ich gutes WLAN (auf dem Handy) hatte.
Das mit dem Internet ist nun wieder gut, aber ungewöhnlich langsam ist er immernoch. Der Windows Defender Full Scan liefert keine Ergebnisse, aber was mich verunsichert, ist dass sich der defender offline Scan nicht starten lässt. Ich drücke auf aktivieren, bekomme diese als Admin Starten Meldung, aber dann passiert einfach nichts.
Aufgrund dessen und der Tatsache dass die Leistung weiterhin enorm reduziert ist, bin ich etwas verunsichert. Aber was soll ich jetzt tun, bzw wie kann ich weiteres herausfinden? Der normale full Scan liefert wiegesagt keine Ergebnisse. Was habe ich sonst für Möglichkeiten?

If you have enabled the automatic creation of system restore points, you should use this feature and reset your system to a time “before the difficulties”.
I suspect that your laptop has loaded an update in the background that doesn’t make it right. You can control your update history and reverse the last update – if it was actually installed yesterday. If necessary, you should set this update to the “Black List” so that it is not loaded again.
