Vinyl jacket squeaks, what can I do?

I recently bought a vinyl jacket. (It looks a bit like plastic.)

It squeaks, and I'm somehow "stuck" to my leather seats, for example, in the car. I really like the jacket otherwise, so I'm reluctant to throw it away. Are there any sprays that help, or perhaps even home remedies? Does anyone know this problem and can tell me how they solved it?

I also looked at other jackets afterward, but none of them squeaked as much.
