Vinted Paket kam zurück, Lagerfrist überschritten?
Hallo, eine Person kaufte bei Vinted einen Artikel bei mir, sie wollte nicht über das System kaufen obwohl ich das natürlich anbiete, wollte unversicherten Versand und über Paypal Freunde zahlen.
Ich sendete ihr das verpackte fertige Päckchen als Foto. Nach einem Tag nach versenden, fragte sie schon komisch wo ihre Ware bleibt, weil sie noch nicht da ist, was sonst niemand macht nach 24h. Nun kam nach 2 Wochen das 📦 zurück, es wurde schon nach 1 Tag geliefert (stand dann auf dem DHL Kleber drauf wann es in die Packstation eingelagert wurde) kam jedoch in die Packstation und sie hat es nach 14 Tagen dort nicht rechtzeitig abgeholt. Sie meint jetzt, sie wusste davon nichts. Was mache ich jetzt als Verkäufer?
Irgendwie fände ich es unfair ihr das komplette Geld zurück zu senden, da ich den Aufwand hatte, die Verpackung usw und ich keine Sicherheit habe, dass das nicht eine Masche war, weil sie den Artikel vielleicht doch nicht mehr haben wollte und dann solange gewartet hat bis er zurück geht. Ich habe auch keine Sicherheit dass ich es an jemand anderen so schnell wieder verkaufe, da die Schuhe zwei Jahre lang online waren und sie niemand wollte.
