Vinted Klamotten gekauft & ohne versicherten versand verschickt?
Guten Mittag!
Ganz grob zusammengefasst habe ich einen Artikel bei Vinted gekauft. Den hab ich über paypal mit Waren und Dienstleistung bezahlt, bzw käuferschutz.
Nun langsam denke ich, dass der Verkäufer die Ware erst garnicht losgeschickt hat und mich nur auf heißen Kohlen halten möchte.
Es sei ja meine schuld, dass nicht genau abgeklärt wurde welche Versandart erfolgen soll und das man mir jetzt auch nicht mehr helfen kann ausser weiter abzuwarten.
Hab ich ein Recht das Geld zurückzuziehen über Paypal? Leider ist der Verkäufer ziemlich unkooperativ & macht mir wie gesagt den eindruck, als würde ich abgezogen werden.

Write to him, set a deadline of 4 days for delivery and then get the money back… he must prove that he delivered, not you that you didn’t get it…
Hey, thanks for your quick answer! The seller first told me that the package was sent off on a Saturday, but the date of Friday can be seen on the post receipt.
Does the post receipt already count as proof? If it were theoretically possible to send x any.
No, is there your address on it, or did he send anything to anyone?
You cannot withdraw money from PayPal, even if this ammen fairy is spread by ignorant people.
You can go within 180 days one Buyer protection case open and report an article not received or deviating from the description.
That’s it. excl. for payment by PayPal goods & services, but not by payment PayPal Family and Friends.
If the seller does not Shipping and delivery proof has, gets the buyer as a rule the money back from PayPal.
But alone PayPal decides, no one else and the decision has no legal force.
Oh yes, of course you should Yearly even when you created the PayPal account, otherwise the shot goes back.
