Vinted gesperrte Account wie entsperren? Erfahrungen?
Hallo zusammen,
ich hab leider Fehler gemacht indem ich unversicherten Warensendungen verschickt habe. Der Käufer behauptete es wäre nicht angekommen und bevor ich antworten konnte war ich blockiert. Ich konnte also nicht mehr antworten. und Tage später wurde mein Account dauerhaft gesperrt . Obwohl ich Vinted per Email kontaktiert habe (sie antworten nur auf englisch) passiert leider nichts.
für Zukunft werde ich nur noch versichert verschicken. Aber wie kann ich es entsperren? Ich hab sogar dem Käufer erstattet obwohl der Ware nicht zurück kam und Verlust erlitten habe. Hat jemand Erfahrungen gemacht dass der irgendwann wieder bei Vinted anmelden konnte oder ist es für immer weg? Ich kann keinen neuen Account anlegen weil Handynummer und ip Adresse.

Once you get locked to Vinted (no matter whether illegal/justified), you are locked.
Support doesn’t matter.
You could also prove that the package has arrived, the support would simply say it is not enough and you still remain locked.
That’s a shame. Couldn’t you ever register again after a year?
is there an alternative to Vinted?
As far as I know, they banish your account and all the devices you have used (with the account).
And permanent.
As an alternative, I would use classifieds, otherwise there is nothing really comparable for used clothes.
