Someone's Vinted order didn't arrive – should I report it?
Hey, someone recently bought a jacket from me on Vinted worth €140, and it hasn't arrived yet. (It's been a week.) And my description states that I'm not responsible for lost packages and that refunds are excluded. Now they're threatening to call the police. Can they do that? I sent them pictures of how it was packaged with their address on them and sent them a receipt. The date and time match. It also says in my description that if they want it with a tracking number, they have to explicitly state that, since I usually just ship it normally. Of course, they didn't say they wanted a tracking number. I'm really afraid they'll sue me, but I paid the same price for the jacket. That means I'll lose the jacket and the money too.
they paid by bank transfer
The Buyer lt. § 447 BGB from the date on, the shipping and loss risk from which you passed the shipment to the shipping service provider.

So when you get that handover proof or at least credible insurance then you have nothing to fear.
When it comes to the process, a judge will decide whether he accepts this “begage”.
My opinion:
It is already grossly negligent to send a goods worth 140 € without shipment tracking.
The person bought it for the daughter. I assume that without thinking, the person simply wanted to buy it immediately for them and didn’t think about it. All the chats etc. I still have
Well, that doesn’t change my answer.
You are in doubt in the obligation to prove that the consignment has actually been handed over to the shipping service provider.
So let yourself be surprised.
It’s a fault.
Who sells things for 140€ things and because of ridiculous 2€ is wise and without proof has sent the A card.
But I can’t do anything for the person who didn’t specifically mention it. I mean, they could also lie to me by saying it’s nix arrived, but it is. So make the win win
Just like you could lie by just saying that you gave a shipment to the buyer. The 2 “saving” euros will come to you to be really expensive.
It’s a fault.
You cannot provide proof.
If you don’t mind, everyone else will tell you about fraud.
