(a)

There are only 16 possibilities for four litters, so my simulation plan looks like this:

(W,W,W,W)    (Z,Z,Z,Z)
(W,W,W,Z)    (Z,Z,Z,W)
(W,W,Z,W)    (Z,Z,W,Z)
(W,W,Z,Z)    (Z,Z,W,W)
(W,Z,W,W)    (Z,W,Z,Z)
(W,Z,W,Z)    (Z,W,Z,W)
(W,Z,Z,W)    (Z,W,W,Z)
(W,Z,Z,Z)    (Z,W,W,W)

(b)

At least three coats of arms appear in the list of possibilities 5 times. Exactly twice coats of arms and twice the number is found in the list of possibilities 6 times.

(c)

If a 1,2,3 is thrown, the event is instead taken on coats of arms.

If a 4,5,6 is cubed, the event number is instead assumed.

First you throw the coin, then you got 50/50. Left: head, right: number. After the 2nd litter, both chances are again divided into 2 branches: 50/50 whether head or number and so on: Now you’re looking for how many ways you get at least three times coats of arms out, count them and then how many ways you get 2 coats of arms and 2 numbers out. That’s the most likely.
2) you must try yourself, I don’t know what’s meant by “estimate”.
3) … Stop instead of 2 options per point, now 6.
