Having videos translated: AI and costs?

Hi guys, I'm learning a lot from videos often published by Chinese people. Unfortunately, I don't speak Mandarin and they don't speak English, so I can't watch a lot of the learning material.

I've been watching a lot of videos lately where people's voices and content have been perfectly translated using AI. Now I'm considering downloading such videos and simply having the audio translated so I can understand the videos.

My questions: Is this possible? What are the time and cost factors involved? Do you know any good sources? It's probably not worth it if I have to pay a fortune for 20-minute tutorials every time.
