Hey, I wanted to get a Vespa (50cc) but I'm not sure whether to get a new or used one. New ones cost around €3,200, and used ones with 10,000 km and a few scratches still cost around €2,600-2,800. How can there be only a €400-500 difference? And which is more worthwhile?
