Fine for "parking without a parking ticket" (20 euros) – can I send the money in cash?
There's not enough money left in my citizen's income account for a transfer. I still have some in my wallet – I withdrew some money at the beginning of the month because I'm tight at the moment and I can budget my money better in cash. Can I send the 20 euros – they want it within a week starting today – by mail? So, in a regular envelope with an 85-cent stamp?
Many would now say that I should simply deposit the money in cash into my account tomorrow and quickly fill out and submit the transfer form there.
But then the 20 euros would probably be counted as "income" (of unknown origin) toward my citizen's allowance, and I'd be in real trouble…
What is the best thing for me to do?

Either you pay the money and then transfer it, or it transfers another to you and you give it to the person.

You should send NIEMALS money by post! In the worst case, someone steals it and then you have the problem because you have to prove that it is not your fault that the money has come down!
