Hello..A hidden WLAN is a network whose name is not visible to the outside

Some routers do not send their WiFi SSID because the “ Hidden Network” option has been activated in the WLAN settings. With this option, the transmission of the WiFi SSID of the network is stopped, so that it effectively disappears and becomes invisible for all devices that connect to WLAN networks.

getting information about a specific person is almost impossible.

what you see is only the WLAN name and you can specify it as you like.

a hidden WLAN can only log in devices that were already familiar and connected to the ssid.

Hello,

only the name is not sent from the router and therefore it is invisible. In order to choose, you need the name and password, as well.

Best regards from Leipzig
