Do you think tension is a cause of heart problems?
My back is very tense. I was just moving it a bit in the shower, etc., and then I felt a slight jolt in my back. Then I felt my heartbeat strongly. I immediately put my hand on it, but it was beating normally. So, not stuttering or irregular.
Could this be the reason?
I've had this a few times this year, but I've been tense for ages (no sports, office work, poor posture). I even went to physiotherapy, and it got better, but it kept coming back.
otherwise I have nothing and it is usually only a matter of a few seconds
Clear “yes.” In practice, I often desire and know of myself.
Regular mobilization of the spinal column (and the other spinal column sections) is therefore indispensable.
What’s your job? I don’t notice sows every day. I just stood up, had it briefly in my back and then also thought my heart stopped hitting, after a few seconds as always everything normal. Is that safe or should I examine it for security?
I also notice, however, if I lean my upper body slightly to the right, as it then moves left in the BWS area.
I see physio. Do you have a good YouTube video where good exercises are what you can recommend?

Hello.. These are definitely tensioning and there could be a nerve here and there.
You have nothing with your heart. produkt️
That’s what most people mean when you’re wired.
All right.

I hope it’s always very bad. Just when I was standing up, I was on the toilet and then it was so short in my back and I thought the heart was standing. But as always, after a few seconds everything is in the lot. I also know if the heart beats evenly or if I do not perceive it correctly when I put the hand on the chest.
It feels like it’s going to make 1-2 blows in another cycle until it was even again
