I think that self-hass is one of many causes of overweight.
I can assure you that despite overweight, I feel no self-hate.
So it doesn’t necessarily depend on everyone. The inversion would at least not be correct.

Could of course contribute to your self-confidence rising and you feel more comfortable… but do not know your whole situation exactly. So I mean it always or most often contributes to developing a self-hass

No. I had taken 40KG and I was more satisfied, but nix changed to my PSYCHE. I was the same, and I was still often bare, etc.

So DEVELOPMENT is not the KEY, even though I have always believed that

I’m not sure, but I think part of your load is going away, but you’ll still have to bear the whole other load. Nevertheless, I think that every person struggling with his psyche eventually creates a balance between body and soul
