Verkehrsschild umgefahren bei Glatteis drohen Punkte?

Guten Abend

If the policeman has already said that everything is good, then nothing threatens you. You will also not have to pay the shield if you have the right tires, the right speed and thus no fault.

Of course, he’s responsible for the damage and therefore liable for compensation. His speed was not adjusted and so he is also responsible for the accident.

And the knowledge that the speed was not adjusted, do you take where?

You just don’t understand. Continue in your dream world, where you can cause damage without having to get up for it. 🤦

And with the sentence “Right, the driver or Holder is responsible.” Do you want to object to my statement that the driver is insured and not the car?

Now imagine he’d knock you in the car. What do you think you’re replacing your damage?

“Oh no…”

Uh, the insurance is vehicle-related. I don’t care who’s driving.

“Auto is never fault”

Right, the driver or Holder is responsible.

What are you talking about? You have a KFZ liability insurance. Not your car. Your car is never fault, it’s an object.

I feel like I’m just explaining the world to an alien.

Therefore in Germany the car is insured, not the driver. Did it come to you now?

I don’t know what it’s hard to understand that sometimes as a driver you can’t do what the car is doing.

You obviously don’t understand. His car killed the shield, it’s not clearer.

No, not necessarily. That’s what the name says. If you’re under arrest. And this is not necessarily the case.

Even if he believes “not to be able to do so”, he or his motor liability insurance must replace the damage.

Yes, absolutely. Sometimes you can’t do anything for it.

Yes. You fly off at an unmatched speed. Or you’re distracted, but you don’t change the debt question and the obligation to pay compensation.

Adjusted speed does not necessarily mean that you are not guaranteed to bypass something.

It’s simple, he’s been moving the shield.

“Shrinkability was actually adapted, but I got into the slingshot because of the bald ice”

This sentence is a contradiction in itself. You know, remember?

They better throw some salt on the streets. You have to go to the front garden. Actually, you should get the damage paid in the car. Why do you pay all taxes?

You don’t have to sprinkle salt in the front garden. And on the sidewalk in front of your house you have to scatter, but there’s more sand.

And the sprinklers are not suddenly “beamed” at the first appearance of ice. How do you imagine?

Or so asked, how would you organize the scattering service if you had the command?

If you had winter tires, everything is good
