Verification on Vinted?

Hello everyone!

Everything's been great on my Vinted account for the past few days/weeks. But since last night, they've been asking for my phone number to verify my identity (so far, so good).

So I enter my number, but I never get a code! My number is correct, I'm not logged into any account, and I left the +49 number, restarted my phone, Wi-Fi router, etc., basically everything! I've already tried using a different number, but I had exactly the same problem!

I wrote to Vinted support yesterday, but didn't get a response.🥲

Does anyone know what I can do, or has anyone had the same problem? It would be a shame if my account were lost, as I still have some money in my wallet and I don't want people to think I'm ignoring them!

1. Search a fax number from Vinted and write a fax with the request for immediate clarification and set a deadline. If you don’t find a fax number, you should contact the company by letter.

Two. Report consumer protection.

Vinted has no good customer service. I suspect that 99% of the requests for AI will be answered there.

Good idea with the friend’s number. After you have done this experience with Vinted, will you continue to use Vinted or will you pay your money and avoid the platform?
