Is contraceptive protection still guaranteed?

Hello everyone,

I forgot to take the pill yesterday (Wednesday) evening and realized it this evening. I'm in my third week of taking it and followed the instructions in the package: I took two pills today (Wednesday's and today's). I'm finishing my current strip as usual. I'll skip the pill break and go straight to the second strip. After this second strip, I'll take the break again as usual.

Did I understand that correctly and is the protection still guaranteed?
