Carburettor float not opening properly?

Hello, I have an Explorer spin ge 50.

My problem is that the float doesn't always open properly, and as a result, the scooter isn't getting any fuel. It's common for the float to no longer close and the carburetor to overflow, but the fact that it doesn't open is new to me. I hope someone knows what the problem could be.

Thank you in advance

ps: I cleaned the carburetor and it is not the vacuum valve
