If you mean conti shift, it comes very close to the 3-shift system, means rolling week, 24 hours, even on weekends and holidays. In the normal 3-layer system, only night supplements are obtained, whereas in the Kontischicht system one still receives weekend and holiday supplements.
So this is more money than the 3 shift?
Depending on how often weekends occur in your Kontischicht calendar.
