Burn on the glans?

I took a very hot shower and held my penis underneath it while washing, etc., and after three or four days, I now have this strange pressure in my urethra. It gets worse after going to the bathroom, and then it subsides.

And now my glans is red in some places and looks like an infection.

But according to the doctor, I don't have any urinary tract infections (a urine test was done), and my blood work was fine. A urine swab was also fine, no sexually transmitted disease!

I didn't tell the doctor about the shower because it didn't occur to me that the infection might have been caused by the hot shower.

Got antibiotics twice (didn't help)

The symptoms have been going on for 3 weeks now.

Could this be a burn on the glans and is it possible that I still have the symptoms after 3 weeks?
