Wenn ich für jemand anderen, den ich im Internet kennen gelernt habe, ein Paket abhole, weil er sein Ausweis verloren hat (mehr Information hab ich nicht), könnte ich mich dann strafbar machen, wenn was Verbotenes im Paket drin ist? (Ich würde auch 200€ fürs Abholen bekommen).
Habe es nicht vor, ist mir zu gefährlich. Aber rein rechtlich würde es mich interessieren, weil er meint, es kann nichts passieren.
