Loading...I had tonsillitis for six days, which had already put me on sick leave for a week, and then one day later, I most likely also had a sinus infection (judging by the symptoms). I've just had a sleepless night because my cheeks and forehead hurt, and I really should go back to work later….
Yesterday it all started with a headache and constant nausea and stomach pain the whole time and I felt so strangely dizzy. In the end my body temperature was 37.7 but I drank very little that day, actually nothing at all and it was also extremely hot. Today I actually felt better from the headache…

If you really want the room to be pleasantly cool, a mobile air conditioning is recommended. However, these have an exhaust-air hose, because it is necessary to isolate accordingly, since this – unfortunately – also heat is discharged. but for larger rooms, this is still the best solution to make it a bit profitable

I only had bad experiences with that. buy a high-quality stand ventilator – but not for 30 € but one for at least 80 € – which bring a lot of power, are usually also very quiet and “transport” a much larger amount of air than the narrow tower/stand ventilators
Air conditioning would be optimal, a fan does not bring much relief. ̄\_(ツ)_/ ̄
