Hello

Basically yes, ABER it is definitely sensible to do this in consultation with a specialist or a nutritional specialist. It can show you how to achieve a balanced diet rich in antioxidants, fiber and other nutrients (inflammatory substances). However, you must also compensate for proteins, vitamins and minerals (FE / CA), which may be contained in animal products, at least in quantity.

Love greetings and a beautiful day ☀️

All foods that favorably support the immune system should be preferred for myositic diseases in the diet plan. It is very important to avoid stress.

Not much.

But, as I have already written above, you need to make sure that you get in other ways (in terms of proteins, iron and calcium).

Active ingredients and trace elements in the meat must be replaced by vegetables.
