Soy belt is brilliant! Tastes just like yogurt and is even healthier! There is nature without sugar and fruit flavour

Has much protein and less fat than yogurt, and hardly sugar!

The ones I tried tasted awfully. Really not comparable to correct jobels. It takes extremely good abilities that otherwise only trained vegans have.

I don’t think so! Just tried the natural variant, which are awesome. I don’t know fruit.

I’m just buying naturaljogurt. In my test object, the consistency was the same (varies even in the case of correct iodine belts, or more fat > thicker). The soy taste is strong and very different. Is not exactly my favorite taste, but X times better than the coconut milkyogurts (although I love the coconut flavor otherwise).
Should everyone have tested themselves.

The consistency is not so creamy, ok, but the taste is super

Then why don’t you take back on lactose-free yogurt or feed yourself generally vegan or want to feed you more vegan? Give it also in the non- vegan version.

Otherwise you will have to compare the individual companies. I personally use only alpro skyr without added sugar (has only 3.3 grams of fat and 0 grams of sugar on 100 g). But even those very rare. Or sometimes soyyoghurt vanilla when I need it to bake.

Yogurt is always low in fat, also lactose-free or vegan.

Little sugar has every fruit yogurt you make yourself. So natural yoghurt plus some fresh or cooked fruits, maybe a spoon honey/dattel syrup etc.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend a good product. The vegan alternatives are personally too sour, even more acidic than the normal.
