Your motherboard, CPU, and hard drives will be banned. Your ban should be lifted after four months anyway, so I'd rather wait if I were you. I read somewhere that you have to wait the four months again if you start Valorant with a new account, but I'm not sure if that's actually true.
As far as I know, Valorant always bans the motherboard, graphics card codes, and SSD codes. In Valorant, a HWID ban expires after 120 days anyway. You can just wait or buy a new PC.

HWID bans don't fall out of the tree, so Riot doesn't want you on their servers anymore.
Most of the time the motherboard is banned, but other parts can also be banned
