Uwowo cosplay zurück schicken?
Hallo.
Ich habe vor ca 2 Wochen ein Layla (Genshin impact) cosplay gekauft und es ist heute angekommen. Ich habe eine Größe größer bestellt da die Größen in China kleiner sind, jedoch ist das Cosplay jetzt trotzdem bisschen zu klein geworden und wollte fragen ob ich es nach dem anprobieren zurück senden darf?
Auf der Seite steht nämlich „worn items cannot be returned“.
Plus in der angekommenen Packung fehlt auch noch ein Teil des Cosplays

“Worn” means in this context that you carried it a few hours or an event. How to try if you can’t take it a few minutes? You should pack it very properly again.
A change is not possible ?
My answer is of course also without guarantee….I don’t know well with Asian shipping practices.
Unfortunately, I cannot exchange it because the only defective or broken goods accept.
But thank you for your answer, I needed confirmation from someone else if I understood it wrong.
