In my free time, I regularly go to the gym and take care of my diet 💪🏼

In addition, I am involved in the volunteer fire department both in the active emergency services (including as a group leader and breathing apparatus wearer) and as a supervisor in the youth fire department 🚒

I am therefore active as a first responder in my local German Red Cross organization. I thus sometimes give first aid courses there 🚑

Other than that, I'm interested in the latest technology, which I've Unfortunately had to reduce recently due to a lacquer of time (job, two voluntary positions and family) 💻
